Liberty Kirana Ghar

We've been here on Road No 4 in Banjara Hills for a while now. If you look for Plot No 8-2-413/4, that's where the shop is located. It’s just a regular spot where people from around here come to pick up what they need for their kitchens. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but we try to keep things moving. The shelves stay full of the usual stuff like rice, dals, and spices. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to be a big supermarket. It is just a local store for the neighborhood. Most of the people who walk in are regulars we see every other day. You get to know what people like after a few years. It's a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is in Hyderabad. We open up early and stay open until most people are done with their day. If you live around here, you probably know the building. It's nothing special to look at, just a place to get your groceries. We keep the account books by hand mostly. It works for us and our customers seem okay with it. Dealing with the suppliers takes up a lot of the morning time, but once that's sorted, it's just about helping whoever walks through the door. It is a simple life and it keeps us busy.
