Kings Provision Stores

Kings Provision Stores is located in the Dream Gare building on Raj Bhavan Road. If you know Somajiguda, you know this area gets very busy with all the government offices and residents nearby. We are at 6-3-902/7/3, tucked into Suryanagar Colony. Every morning starts the same way here, with the milk delivery arriving before the sun is even fully up. We spend the first hour just stacking crates and making sure the bread and eggs are fresh for the early shoppers. It’s a small space, so we have to use every inch of the shelves for rice, pulses, oils, and all the daily necessities people need. Most of our customers live right here in the colony, so we know them by name and know what they usually buy. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even when we are rushing to bag things up during the evening rush. Sometimes children come in with a list from their mothers, and we help them find everything. We have been operating out of this spot for a long time. The Raj Bhavan Road traffic is always humming in the background, but inside the store, it feels like a different world. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It is just a regular provision store where you can get your groceries and have a quick chat while we weigh out the dal or count change for the newspaper.
