Leiutis Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 23 in the Tie 1St Phase of Bala Nagar. This is a very industrial part of town, so there are factories and warehouses all around us. We work in the medicine business, which means we have to be very careful with what we are doing every day. The building is functional and solid, built for work rather than looking pretty. We spend a lot of time in the lab areas or checking the storage temperatures. Bala Nagar is a busy place, and there is always the sound of machines or trucks in the background. It is a lot of hard work keeping track of all the different batches we produce. Our team is small, but we stay busy from morning until late evening. We don't really have a big showroom or anything because we are more focused on the production side of things. There are always boxes stacked up near the loading dock ready to be sent out. We deal with a lot of regulations, so there is a mountain of paperwork on the manager's desk at all times. It is a practical environment where the main goal is just to keep the supply moving. We don't do much marketing; we just stick to the manufacturing.
