Leather Land

You will find Leather Land right opposite the SBH Gunfoundary in Abids. It is an old part of town with a lot of history, and we have been here for quite some time now. When you step inside, you immediately get that strong scent of processed leather that stays with you. We have racks and shelves filled with all sorts of items, from belts and wallets to larger bags and suitcases. The shop isn't very big, so things are tucked into every available corner and high up on the walls. We spend a lot of time reorganizing the stock and dusting off the shelves to keep things looking decent. Abids is a great place for a shop like ours because people are always walking around looking at the different storefronts after they finish their work. We don't have any bright neon lights or loud music playing to get attention. It is just a quiet place where you can look at the goods we have on hand. Sometimes we sit on the stools near the counter and watch the people going into the bank across the street during the lunch hour. The floor is a bit uneven in places, and the ceiling is high like many of the older buildings around here. We handle the sales ourselves, wrapping items in plain paper for the customers who buy from us. It’s a very traditional way of doing things that we still prefer today.
