Launcherlabs Private Limited is tucked away in V N Colony at 10-2-318/A/C/8, near RBI Colony in Hyderabad. It is a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't familiar with the streets around here. Inside, you’ll mostly find us hunched over laptops or scribbling things down on a whiteboard. We deal with a lot of lab-style development work, which means plenty of trial and error. It isn't always pretty, and there are many times when we have to start a piece of work over from scratch. The office has a very practical vibe to it. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the essentials needed to keep things moving. The 500057 area is a good place for us to be located. It feels like a real neighborhood where people are actually doing things. Our staff handles a mix of different technical tasks, from basic coding to more complex system tests. We aren't a massive organization, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. That makes it easier when someone gets stuck on a particular problem. We just pull up a chair and try to work through it together. It’s a straightforward environment without any of the usual corporate fluff. We just come in, do the technical work we are supposed to do, and go home once it’s sorted. There is always something to fix or a new project to start on our desks.
