Lasya Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is located in Phase-2 of Balanagar. We are on the 3rd Floor of Plot No.B-5 in the Tie area. Balanagar is known for being an industrial hub, so there is always a lot of activity around us. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding workshops and offices. It’s a busy place with a lot of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our office is a basic setup designed for getting work done. We handle our pharmaceutical business from here, focusing on the day-to-day operations. There are no elevators in some of these older buildings, so we get our exercise climbing the stairs every morning. The space is filled with files, computers, and the smell of paper. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We just eat our lunch at our desks and get back to it. The industrial estate vibe suits us because it’s all about productivity and making things happen. Sometimes the power goes out in this part of town, but we just wait it out and keep going. We are just a local business trying to stay organized and fulfill our orders on time. It is a straightforward existence in a very busy part of Hyderabad.
