We are based in Hyderabad, though we don't have a fancy office in the middle of the new tech district. Lakshmi Wenksaa Soft is a smaller outfit, and we prefer it that way. Hyderabad is a city that’s always growing and changing, but we try to keep things simple in our own space. Our daily routine involves a lot of coding and checking for errors, nothing very exciting to look at if you were just passing by. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy brochures. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time discussing how to fix bugs. It’s a bit of a messy office, with books and cables and old mugs everywhere, but it’s where we feel comfortable. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do honest work and stay busy. The city can be quite loud and chaotic, but once we are at our desks, we just focus on the code. We don't have a grand story about our beginnings or any big promises for the future. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and that’s enough for us. It’s just how we operate here in Hyderabad. Simple and straightforward.
