We’re located over at Plot No. 13 in the Aleap Industrial Estate. It’s near Pragathi Nagar in Kukatpally. If you know the area, you know it’s a hub for small and medium businesses. We’ve got a decent-sized plot here where we handle our pharmaceutical work. It’s a busy place. Between the machines running and the delivery vans coming in and out, there’s always something going on. We started Savan Pharmaceuticals because we wanted to have our own place where we could control how things are made. The staff here are mostly locals from around Kukatpally. We’ve got a good crew that doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. The floors are usually a bit stained from the work, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the equipment is all kept in top shape. That’s the priority. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and someone from the floor will help you out if they aren't too busy. It’s an honest way to make a living. We deal with a lot of regulations and paperwork, which takes up a lot of time, but seeing the finished product ready to go makes it worth it. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we don't cut any corners. There is always a lot of cleaning to do at the end of the shift.
