We are based in Kukatpally. It’s a crowded area but it’s where the work is. Diamond Cops Security Systems isn't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We’re just a small group of guys who know how to set up cameras and alarms. We spend a lot of time climbing ladders and running wires through ceilings. It’s dusty work and sometimes the connections don't work the first time, so we have to go back and check everything again. People in Kukatpally worry about their shops and homes, so they call us. We don't have a big fancy office; we mostly work out of our van and a small storage space. The traffic around here makes getting to appointments on time a real struggle sometimes. We try our best to get there when we say we will. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people. We just look at the building and say where the cameras should go. It’s practical stuff. We’ve seen all kinds of setups, some good and some really bad. We just fix what’s there or put in something new that actually works. It isn't glamorous. We get tired, our backs ache from the ladders, but the job gets done. That is pretty much our story. I remember one time we had to install a system in a shop that was so full of boxes we could barely move. We spent hours just clearing a path for the ladder. It was frustrating but we laughed about it later.
