We are based in SR Nagar in Hyderabad. Kshitij Management Consultants is just a small outfit in this part of Andhra Pradesh. SR Nagar is a well-known area, so it’s easy for people to find where we are. We don't have a huge staff or a massive building. It’s just a regular office space where we sit and handle the consulting work. We don't believe in using big, empty words. We just talk to people and help them out with whatever they need. The office is pretty simple. We have the usual stuff—computers, desks, some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a functional place. We like the neighborhood because it’s got a lot of energy. There is always someone walking by or a new shop opening up. We stay out of the spotlight and just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a very human way of doing things. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to act. We just treat people fairly and do the work we said we would do. Sometimes the rain makes the streets a bit messy, but we still make it in. It’s just life in Hyderabad. We’re glad to be part of the community here in SR Nagar. There’s a tea shop around the corner that we visit way too often. It's just a simple life here, really.
