Our place is located at 90-93, Road No-9 in the Epip Zone over in Pasyaralam. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machines. Kross Air Distribution System Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days. We work on air systems, mostly just getting the ducting and parts ready. The shed is big enough but it gets hot during the summer months. We have a small office section where the phone rings more than we’d like. Usually, it’s just someone asking about a delivery or a part size. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just metalwork and logistics. The crew has been together for a bit. We know each other’s quirks. Sometimes we run behind schedule when a machine breaks down, but that's just part of the day. The road outside is dusty because of all the construction nearby. We keep the doors open for some air. It’s a straightforward business. We make things, we send them out. Nothing more to it. People come by for pick-ups throughout the week. We try to stay out of the way of the bigger factories next door. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements. If the math is wrong, the whole thing doesn't fit, so we stay focused on that. Just a regular day in the Ida zone. We do our best to keep things moving and get the orders right.
