Our office is over at Road No 12 in Banjara Hills, specifically at 9/48/45, Lapolama Caves. It’s a bit of an interesting spot to work from. Kritika Associates has been running from here for a good while now. We aren't a massive company with a hundred employees in suits. It’s just a few of us handling property matters and general consulting for people in the area. Banjara Hills can be a bit fancy, but our office stays pretty down-to-earth. We deal with people looking to invest their money or move their families into this part of the city. It involves a lot of checking documents and talking to various government departments. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Our days are mostly filled with meetings and piles of paperwork. We don't do much advertising; people usually find us by word of mouth or just seeing our sign on the road when they drive past. It’s quiet in the early mornings, then things usually pick up after lunch. We try to stay organized, though the files tend to stack up on the desks during the busy season. We know the local rules and who we need to talk to when things get complicated with a land title. It's not glamorous work, but it's necessary for anyone trying to navigate the property market around here. We just show up every day and get to it without much fuss.
