You can find us at Plot No. 2-133 on Road No. 3 in Sobhana Colony. We are right in the heart of Balanagar, which is an area known for this kind of work. Our warehouse is packed with various industrial products from floor to ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze inside, and only a couple of us really know where everything is kept. We have crates of bolts, valves, and heavy components stacked up on metal racks that have been around since we opened. The lighting isn't the best, but we know the layout by heart. Outside on Road No. 3, there is always a truck idling or someone unloading a pallet. Balanagar is a noisy place with a lot of dust from the surrounding factories. Our office is just a small partitioned space at the front with a couple of old computers and a phone that rings more than we’d like. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just sell industrial parts to the people who need them for their own factories. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish an inventory count, and the only sound is the crickets and the occasional car passing by. It’s just a basic business run by people who know their products and the local industrial scene.
