Citrix R D India Pvt. Ltd.

I work at the office in Kondapur, right across from the Botanical Gardens. The building is in White Fields on the Mayura Anjali Estate. It’s a big area and the address is a bit long, but once you get here, it’s easy to see where we are. This is an R&D center, so a lot of what we do at Citrix R D India Pvt. Ltd. involves sitting at computers and looking at code or testing out new things. It’s not a factory or a shop, but it’s still a place where we put in a lot of hours. The view of the gardens is nice when you need a break from the screen. We have a lot of people working here from different parts of the country. It can get pretty loud in the break room when everyone is having lunch. I usually bring my own food from home. The work can be a bit repetitive, checking for bugs and trying to figure out why something isn't working right. We have meetings sometimes, but mostly we just stick to our desks. The area outside is always growing with new buildings and places to eat. It’s a modern part of town, very different from the older neighborhoods. Even though it's a big company name, for those of us here every day, it's just our workplace. We catch the bus or drive through the Kondapur traffic to get here. We do our work, chat with our colleagues, and head back home.
