Konda Associates

We are located in Balajinagar Appartment, specifically unit B/101. The address is 7/1/78 in Ameerpet. If you know the area, you know it is always packed with people and students. There is a lot of energy around here, and we are right in the middle of it. Konda Associates is basically a family-run kind of place. We have been in this apartment for years, and it feels more like a home than an office most days. We have our desks set up in the main room and there is usually a pot of tea going in the kitchen. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door so people know they have the right flat. Most of our neighbors know us well. We do a bit of everything that comes our way, mostly related to property and paperwork. It is not the kind of place where you will find people in suits. We wear what is comfortable and get on with the tasks at hand. Sometimes the internet is slow or the courier takes forever to find the building, but we manage. We like the independence of having our own small firm. We don't have to answer to a boss in some other city. We make our own decisions and handle our clients directly. It is a simple way to work, and it has kept us going through good times and bad. We just take things one day at a time.
