Sriven Pharmachem India Pvt. Ltd. is over at Flat No. 202 on Plot No. 27 in North Ncl. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the center of the city, which is nice for us. We operate out of a flat that we’ve converted into a working office space. It’s not a large corporate building, but it has everything we need to manage our pharmachem operations. We spend our days dealing with various chemical components and the paperwork that goes along with pharmaceutical manufacturing. Most of the people who work here live in the surrounding neighborhood, so there’s a real local feel to the place. We often have lunch together and talk about things other than work, which makes the day go by faster. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the printer running. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; if someone knocks, one of us just gets up to answer the door. It’s a very hands-on way of running things, and we like it that way because it keeps us close to the business. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we just manage and get back to work as soon as we can. We’ve been in North Ncl for a while now and have no plans to move anywhere else, as this spot works perfectly for our small team and the way we like to work.
