We are based out of an apartment at 402 Sai-Sudha Residency in Kalyan Nagar Phase-III, which is in the Motinagar area. It is more of a home-office setup than a typical corporate building. We work on computers and handle different kinds of technical tasks. The residency is a quiet residential place, so we have to keep the noise down. We have a few desks set up in the main room and wires running everywhere for the servers and internet. It is a small team, just a few of us sitting together most of the day. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing away. Sometimes we have tea breaks on the balcony to get some fresh air. Motinagar is a good area with everything nearby, which makes it convenient. We do not have a big sign outside, just the flat number. Most of our work happens online, so we do not get many visitors in person. It can get a bit lonely just working in a room all day, but we get a lot done this way. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. It is a simple way of working without the stress of a big office. We just focus on our coding or whatever technical job is on the list for the day. It is not a flashy setup, just some people and their laptops trying to finish their projects.
