Kindwaves India Foundation

So, we are based out of V.V. Vintage Boulevard in Nampally. It’s unit 304 on the third floor. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded around 6-3-1096. There's a lot of history in this part of Hyderabad. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. The Kindwaves India Foundation is basically just a few of us in a small office. We have these old windows that let in a lot of light, which is nice in the mornings. There’s always someone making tea or coffee in the corner. We spend our time working on different projects across Telangana. It’s not a fancy setup. We have files stacked up on the tables and some old posters on the walls. It feels like a real workplace, not some sterile corporate office. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't do big speeches or anything. We just get to work every day and try to make things move forward. Most of the people who stop by are just regulars from the neighborhood or people we’ve known for years. It’s a friendly vibe, even when things get stressful with deadlines. We like being in Nampally because it feels like the heart of the city. You hear the traffic and the street noise, and it reminds you why you’re here doing this work. It's a bit dusty, but it's home for our team.
