Kilaru Foods Llp is tucked away in Gachibowli, specifically at Plot No 69 in Telecom Nagar. If you know the area, you know how much traffic there is with all the tech buildings around. We are in a much quieter pocket though. It’s a simple setup we have here. We spend our mornings going through what came in the day before and figuring out where it all goes. It’s mostly about logistics and making sure the food items are handled right. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a couple of computers that are a few years old and some sturdy tables. Most of the time, the air conditioner is running hard because the Hyderabad sun doesn't give us much of a break. We have a small crew and we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it's answering the phone or moving crates around. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just talk across the room when something needs to be fixed. Sometimes we order tea from the stall down the road when things get stressful. It’s a lot of routine stuff, really. We just focus on getting the work done so we can head home on time. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We've been here long enough that the local delivery guys know us by name now.
