Kfi Minerals And Ores Pvt. Ltd. is located in Flat No:301 on the third floor of Span Chambers. Himayatnagar is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise coming up from the street. We handle various types of minerals and ores from this office. It is mostly desk work here, keeping track of where everything is going and making sure the papers are right. It’s not the most exciting job, but it’s what we do. The office itself is quite plain, just desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s a highlight. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people at the mines or the truck drivers. The minerals industry is complicated with all the rules and transport issues, especially when the weather is bad. We just try to stay on top of the schedules. Some days are really quiet and we just catch up on filing, while other days are a complete mess with everyone calling at once. Span Chambers is an older building, but it works for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. There isn't much to say about us other than we work hard to keep the ore moving from one place to another. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day.
