Arvind Cans Ltd.

You can find Arvind Cans Ltd. at 83 C in the Kattedan area. We are tucked away right behind Disha Foods. If you know the industrial part of Kattedan, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different factories and warehouses squeezed together. Our place is basically a big shed where we make and store cans. It is never quiet here because the machines are always running, making that rhythmic clanking sound that you get used to after a few days. We don't have any shiny reception area or air-conditioned rooms for guests. It is mostly just metal sheets, pallets, and the staff getting the work done. The trucks come in and out of the yard all day, and sometimes it gets a bit tight back here behind Disha Foods. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know the process inside out. It’s hard work, and the summer heat makes the metal even hotter to handle, but we just get on with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that gets the orders out on time. Most of our day is spent checking the machines and making sure the cans are being made right. It’s a dusty, noisy life in Kattedan, but it’s our life and we’ve built something we can stand by here at 83 C.
