We are located over in Secunderabad at 17-149 New Venkateshwar Nagar in the Tukaramgate area. The pin code is 500017 in case anyone is mailing us something. This office is mostly about computers and desks and stacks of papers that need to be filed. It is a bit of a walk from the main road but once you get here you see it is just a standard office building. Karvy is a name a lot of people know but here on the ground it is just us working through the records. We spend most of the day staring at screens and making sure the data is entered correctly. It can be a bit repetitive but it is the kind of work that needs to be done. The air conditioning is usually cranked up high because of all the machines running. We have a small area where we take our tea breaks and talk about the weekend. It is not a place for tourists or anything like that. People come here when they have specific things to settle with their shares or documents. Sometimes the line gets long and people have to wait in the chairs we have lined up along the wall. We try to be quick but some of these forms take a lot of time to look through. It is just a plain office doing its job in a busy part of town without much fuss.
