Karunya Academy

Karunya Academy is on the second floor of Greens Residency. The address is 16-11-511/C/65 in Shalivahana Nagar, which is part of the larger Dilsukh Nagar area. Dilsukh Nagar is a very crowded and active place. There are always people on the streets and plenty of shops nearby. Getting up to the second floor of the residency takes a bit of effort if you’re carrying a lot of books. The academy itself is a straightforward setup. We have a few rooms for classes and a small area where we sit. It’s not a high-end office with glass walls. We use simple tables and chairs. The noise from the street below filters in sometimes, but you get used to it. We spend most of our time here planning lessons or talking to students who stop by. The building has a lot of other residents and businesses, so it’s a lively spot. We don’t have a big staff, so we end up doing everything from answering the phone to locking up at night. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just open the windows to get some air. It’s a very local, hands-on way of running things. We don't use any fancy management software; most things are just written down in our ledgers. It's just a regular place in a busy neighborhood. We’ve been here for years and know the area well. We just keep doing our thing.
