Kamineni Hospital

This hospital is right in the middle of L B Nagar. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here with all the traffic and people moving about. It’s a big building and we have a lot going on inside at any given time. I work here along with a lot of other people who live nearby in the L B Nagar neighborhood. The atmosphere is usually pretty fast-paced. We have stretchers moving through the halls and people waiting in every corridor. It’s not the quietest place in the world, but hospitals rarely are. We spend a lot of time just managing the flow of people coming in for different departments. The floors are hard and our shoes squeak on them when we walk fast, which happens a lot. We don't really have time for much small talk during the shift because there is always another patient or another form to fill out. The cafeteria food is okay, nothing special, but it gets us through the day. We see a lot of different cases every day, some simple and some not so much. It’s just a regular part of life in this part of town. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and most people know the building by sight. We just keep the doors open and do what we can to keep everything running the way it should for the folks in L B Nagar.
