Our office is tucked away in 101, Balaji Enclave. We are located in Venkatadri Hills, which is part of the Hal Colony in Hyderabad. The pin code is 500055. Being up in the hills means the air is a little bit better than in the middle of the city, but the traffic to get here is still a mess most mornings. Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited is the name of our firm. The enclave is a mix of different small businesses and some apartments. Our space is pretty standard for a local office. We have some wooden desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of storage for our documents. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge budget for modern decorations. We just have the essentials needed to do our jobs. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good daily routine. We don't need a lot of meetings or long emails to know what to do next. We just get on with our tasks. The building has a bit of a parking problem, so we often have to squeeze our scooters in wherever they might fit on the street. It is a real place with real problems and real people. We don't pretend to be something we are not. It’s just a regular Hyderabad office where people work hard to earn their living and take care of their families.
