Kalpa School

We are tucked away on Road No 8 in Banjara Hills. The building at 8 2 589 has been home to the school for a good while. If you walk past during the day, you can hear the kids playing or teachers reading out lessons. It’s a nice part of town, quite green compared to some of the busier intersections. We have a small playground area where the children spend their breaks. It's not a massive campus like those schools on the outskirts, but it feels more like a community here. The staff mostly live nearby or take the bus in. We have a few old trees in the yard that provide decent shade during the hotter months. Inside, the classrooms are simple with wooden desks and charts on the walls that the kids made themselves. It can get pretty noisy in the hallways between classes, but that’s just how schools are. We focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure everyone understands the basics. Some of the parents went here themselves years ago, which is nice to see. We have a small gate that stays closed during school hours for safety. The principal's office is right by the entrance. It's a modest place. We don't have a giant auditorium or anything, but the small courtyard works for our morning assembly. It feels like home to most of us who spend our days here.
