K G H Hospital is located right in Malakpet at number 16-11-44/ B. The easiest way to find us is to look for the HDFC Bank because we are directly opposite it. It’s a very busy section of Malakpet, so there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. Being across from a bank means there's always something going on outside our doors. Inside the hospital, it’s the usual scene. We have the reception desk where people sign in, and the hallways lead off to different wards and doctor offices. It’s a functional building. We don’t have those fancy modern lobbies with waterfalls; it’s more about having enough beds and clean floors. Our staff works in shifts, so there are always different faces around depending on when you come in. We get a lot of walk-ins from the local neighborhood because we’ve been a fixture here for quite some time. The doctors have their own way of doing things, and the nurses are usually running around with charts. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so people just take the stairs if they are able. We handle everything from basic checkups to more serious stuff that requires staying overnight. It’s just a place where the local community comes when they aren’t feeling well. We keep the water dispensers filled and the lights on, and we just do what we can every day for the people here.
