Junior H.R Recruiter

We are based out of Satya Sai Apparts in the H.B Colony area of Moulali. It is a busy little spot here in Hyderabad. Most days, it is just us going through stacks of applications and trying to match people with the right jobs. Being a junior recruiter means there is a lot of learning on the fly. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to candidates and hearing their stories. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we get the work done. You can usually find us here from morning until late evening, especially when there are urgent positions to fill. The neighborhood is pretty quiet overall, but our phones are always buzzing. We handle a lot of the initial screening and paperwork that goes into hiring. It is a lot of spreadsheets and follow-up emails. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have many openings at once, but we manage to keep things moving. We have been in this part of Hyd-40 for a while now, and we know the local scene well. It is just a small team of us trying to help people find where they fit in the workforce. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything, just a desk and a few computers in the apartment. It works for what we do. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized through all the hiring cycles.
