Mylan Laboratories Ltd. is situated at Plot No 564/A/22 on Road No 92 in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Even though Jubilee Hills is known for its fancy houses and hilly terrain, our spot is very much a place of work. The building is large and stands out on the road. Inside, things are kept very clean because of the nature of lab work. You’ll see people in white coats moving around and a lot of specialized equipment that hums quietly in the background. It isn't a place with much chatter; everyone seems pretty focused on what they are doing at their stations. We have security at the gate and a fairly structured way of doing things, but once you’re inside the office or the lab area, it’s just people doing their jobs. The humidity in Hyderabad can be tough, but the building is mostly kept at a steady temperature for the sake of the experiments and the staff. Road No 92 can get busy with commuters, so the mornings are always a bit rushed. We don’t have a lot of fluff or decorative stuff in our workspace. It’s all about the benches, the vials, and the data on the screens. Lunchtime usually sees people heading to the canteen or finding a quiet spot to eat their dabbas. It’s a professional setting, but at the end of the day, we’re just a bunch of people working in a lab in 500.
