Jr.Bdm

Being a Jr.Bdm in Ameerpet means things are always moving fast around here. This part of Hyderabad is always crowded with students and people heading to all the coaching centers nearby. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. It’s a small place, but it gets the job done for what we need. Most of my day is spent on the phone or heading out to meet people around the city. The traffic in Ameerpet is no joke, so I spend a lot of time on my bike weaving through the autos and buses just to make it to meetings on time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps me busy and the days go by quickly. The office gets a bit noisy because of the street sounds, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have some old chairs and a table that’s seen better days, but we don’t really care about that as long as the work happens. Sometimes we grab a quick lunch at one of the food stalls downstairs. It’s a very local way of working. No one here wears a suit unless there’s a really big meeting, which doesn’t happen every day. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. It feels like a real community here because everyone in the building is trying to make something of themselves.
