At Job East Consultancy, we keep things a bit private, which is why our address is listed as confidential for now. We mostly work on helping people find their next career move and helping companies fill spots. It’s a lot of matching resumes to descriptions. Since we don't have a public walk-in office listed, we do a lot of our talking over the phone or through emails. It’s been working out okay for us. We handle a variety of different jobs, mostly focused on the eastern side of things as our name suggests. We don’t really go for all that flashy talk you see in big city firms. We just get the work done and move on to the next thing. Some days we have a lot of candidates to talk to, and other days it’s more about the administrative side. It stays interesting. Even without a public address, we stay pretty connected to what’s happening in the job market. We’ve been doing this long enough to know how to spot a good fit. It’s just a small group of us here. We don’t need a fancy office in a skyscraper to do what we do. It’s honest work and we like helping people get situated. We keep it practical and try to stay as busy as we can.
