The grounds need a lot of upkeep, and you’ll often see the maintenance crew working on the pipes or the electrical lines. It’s a real place with real problems, like leaky taps or slow elevators. We don't try to hide that. We just provide a place for people to study and work. Most of the staff here have been around for a decade or more. We know the shortcuts around the campus and which canteen has the best tea. It’s a community that works together to keep the wheels turning day after day. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of people trying to get their work done before the day ends.
