Jlc Exports Private Limited is based over in Kondapur. We are located in Flat 706 of the Vasavi Santinekatan Apartments on White Feilds Road. Being in a residential apartment building gives our office a very different feel compared to a commercial block. It’s much quieter, which is nice when we have to focus on complicated export paperwork. We are up on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a breeze and a decent view of the growing Kondapur skyline. The area has developed so much in the last few years with all the new buildings going up. Our office is basically a converted flat. We use the main rooms for our workstations and the kitchen area for making tea and coffee. It feels more personal this way. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. It’s just a few of us making sure our export clients are taken care of. Sometimes the delivery guys get a bit confused finding the right tower in the apartment complex, but we usually just meet them downstairs. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. We just do our work, keep our files in order, and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in this part of Hyderabad. We just keep things moving along.
