We go by Samaa Universal Trading Co., and you can find us over in the Akbar Hills part of Rajendranagar. Our address is 2-6-22/18, which can be a little tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the R.R. District layout. We've been at this for a while now, just handling the regular trading tasks that come our way. It’s a lot of inventory management and talking to people on the phone. We deal with various goods, and every day brings something slightly different to the table. Some mornings we are busy sorting through stock, and other times we are just waiting on a delivery that’s running late. That’s just part of the trade world, I guess. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. We have a few desks, lots of ledgers, and usually a fan running because it gets quite warm around here. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people; we are just a local team trying to keep things running smoothly. We know our neighbors in Rajendranagar and like being part of the community here. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure the trading cycles don't break down. It involves a lot of patience and keeping a close eye on the details. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth.
