Our place is located on the ground floor at Rajiv Gandhi Nagar in Moosapet. It’s quite a long address with all the survey numbers, but basically, we are in the Kukatpally area. We have been working out of these two plots for several years now. It is a pharmaceutical setup, so we have to keep things very clean. We handle a lot of packing and sorting of medicines. The staff lives nearby, mostly in the Balanagar area. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Dealing with chemicals and medicines means we have to follow a lot of rules. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the roads around here get blocked. We just do our best to stay on schedule. The office part is small, just a couple of desks and a filing cabinet. Most of the space is for the inventory and the equipment. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives. We've known the other business owners on this street for a long time. It’s a hardworking neighborhood. We don’t make big claims about being the biggest or anything. We just provide the pharma supplies that people order from us and try to stay out of trouble.
