S V Organics Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Jeedimetla area. We are at F 20/B in Phase I of the IDA. This is a big industrial zone, so there are factories and workshops all around us. It can be quite loud and dusty sometimes with all the trucks moving in and out. We handle organic chemicals and related products. Our facility is practical and built for work, not for looks. We have some heavy equipment and a lot of storage drums. Most of our time is spent monitoring the processes and making sure everything is running like it should. We have been in Jeedimetla for many years. It is a good place for a business like ours because all the infrastructure is already here. We don't have a fancy corporate office in the city center. We prefer being right here where the work happens. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We eat lunch together and talk about the day. It is a very down-to-earth environment. There are no suits or ties here, just work clothes and boots. We just focus on the chemistry and getting the orders out on time. It is a lot of hard work but we are used to it. The IDA is a busy place, but we have our own little rhythm going in our unit. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit of a mess, but we just put on our boots and keep going.
