About Desai Fabricators – Metals & Minerals in Hyderabad
We spend a lot of time here at 1/159 in Phase-1 of the Ida area. If you come by in the morning, the first thing you notice is the sound of metal hitting metal and the smell of welding. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with steel and iron all day. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at. We’ve got stacks of scrap in the corner and tools that have seen better days but still do the job just fine. Most days are spent cutting, bending, and joining pieces together based on whatever drawings are on the table that morning. The floor gets dusty pretty fast, and by noon, the heat inside the shed starts to pick up. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. It’s a practical setup where everyone knows where the grinders are kept and who’s supposed to be handling the heavy lifting. People around here in the Ida industrial zone mostly keep to themselves, focusing on their own quotas. We usually have the radio playing somewhere in the background, though you can barely hear it over the machinery. There is always some project halfway finished sitting on the floor. It’s a messy process, getting things fabricated right, but it’s what we do from Monday to Saturday. We don't really have a front office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just the workspace and the benches where the real work happens.
