Jaimataji Kirana & General Store

We’ve been running Jaimataji Kirana & General Store here in Sanjeevpuram for quite some time now. Our shop is located at 11-3-664/238/A/82 in the Parsigutta area of Hyderabad. It is just a small place where we keep the things people in this neighborhood need every day. You can find lentils, soaps, and different kinds of snacks on the shelves. It gets a bit crowded in the mornings when everyone is rushing for milk or bread before work. We try to keep everything organized, but sometimes the boxes pile up when a new delivery comes in. The space isn't very large, so we have to use every corner to fit the rice bags and oil cans. Most of the people who come here live just a few streets away, so we know many of them by name. It’s not a fancy supermarket with bright lights or anything like that. We just open the shutters early, sweep the floor, and wait for the regulars to stop by. Sometimes people stay for a minute to chat about the weather or local news while they wait for their change. If we don’t have something specific you’re looking for, we usually just say so and try to get it in the next batch. It’s a simple way of working. Being at 500061 makes it easy for the locals to reach us without going to the main market. It’s just us doing what we do every day.
