Jai Karni Associates

We are located over at Barkatpura, specifically in the Legend Constructions building. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite C. C. Shroff Hospital, which makes it pretty easy for most people to find. We use two ground floor flats, G1 and G2, for our daily operations. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we handle everything for Jai Karni Associates. The area stays busy throughout the day with people coming and going from the hospital. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded around the entrance, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We have been here for a good while now and the locals know us by name. Inside, it’s mostly desks and files and the sound of phones ringing or someone typing away. It is just a few of us working here to keep things moving. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People usually just knock and come right in. The building itself is quite solid, and being on the ground floor helps when we have stuff to carry in or out. Barkatpura has changed a lot over the years, but our spot here has stayed pretty much the same. We keep things simple and try to get our work done without much fuss. If you’re ever near the hospital, you’ll likely see our sign. It’s a honest, hardworking environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it every morning.
