Our place is at Surya Enclave, specifically Plot No. 1 and House No. 2 in Trimulgherry. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to handle the office side of the elevator work. Mostly, we are out on sites, but this is where we keep the records and meet up to plan out the day. Dealing with elevators means a lot of checking cables and control boards. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s just about making sure those boxes move up and down without any trouble. Trimulgherry is a good area to be based out of because we can get to different parts of the city fairly well from here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and some spare parts lying around. We spend a lot of time on our phones coordinating where everyone needs to be. Sometimes things get hectic when a call comes in late, but we just manage it. It's practical work that requires paying attention to the small details that others might miss. We’ve been at this for a bit now and have seen all kinds of lift issues over the years. We just take it one job at a time and try to keep things simple for everyone involved. It’s just us doing what needs to be done with the elevators in the neighborhood and beyond. We aren't trying to be fancy, just useful. Some days it's just about making sure the buttons light up right.
