J. K. Steel Corporation

J. K. Steel Corporation is located in Balaji Enclave, right on Transport Road in Gunrock. We occupy Office No. 4 and 5, which sounds more formal than it actually feels when you're inside. Being on Transport Road means there’s always something moving, mostly big trucks and deliveries passing by our door all day long. It's a gritty area, but it suits what we do. Inside the office, it’s mostly stacks of ledgers and the sound of calculators. We deal with steel, which is a straightforward business, no matter how you look at it. We’ve been here in Gunrock for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that. We manage the logistics of getting steel where it needs to go. It isn't always easy, and there are days when the logistics feel like a puzzle that doesn't want to be solved. We aren't some big corporate entity with a lobby; you just walk in and we're there working. The staff here has been together for years, so we know each other's habits. We just want to get the orders processed and the trucks loaded. It’s a practical life, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We handle the steel, keep the records straight, and deal with the Gunrock traffic every single afternoon.
