It-Recruter

We've been around Punjagutta for a bit now, specifically at 9-1-94/2. It-Recruter is just a small group of us trying to help people find jobs and companies find workers. It gets pretty busy here in Hyderabad. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with resumes everywhere, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy agency. Just folks who know how hard it is to get a decent start in the IT world. Most days start with a lot of coffee and phone calls. We talk to people from all over the city. Some are just out of college and others have been working for years. It's interesting to see who walks through the door. We don't have some big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just look at the list of openings and see who fits. Punjagutta is a crowded spot, so getting here can be a pain with the traffic, but we like the energy. We've seen a lot of people get their first big break through this office. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the right match takes a long time. We try to be honest with everyone about what’s available. If you're looking for work or need someone for your team, we're usually here behind the desk. It’s just us, doing what we can to keep things moving in the tech scene. Nothing more to it really. We aren't flashy, just steady.
