It Recruiting

We are called It Recruiting and we are based in Secunderabad. Our office is in the Dindayal Complex, specifically at 4-2-153. It is a well-known spot because we are right near the Bata shop in Oldbhoiguda. Most people use the shoe shop as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. The complex itself is always bustling with people going in and out of different shops and offices. It can get pretty loud during the day, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a simple setup inside. A few computers, some chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of notebooks. Since we do recruiting, we talk to people a lot. Some days are just back-to-back conversations. We do not have any fancy posters on the walls or anything like that. It is just a place where work happens. Secunderabad is a busy place to be, and being near the main road means there is always a bit of dust and a lot of honking. We try to keep the door shut to stay cool. It is not the biggest office, but it fits what we need. We have been here long enough that the tea stall guy knows exactly what we want when we walk over. It is a very local feel. We just focus on finding people for jobs and keeping our records straight. That is about all there is to it.
