It's a handy location because it’s easy to explain to people who are coming to visit for the first time. We call ourselves It Recruiter For Us. Staffing. It’s a bit of a long name but it says exactly what we do. We focus on finding people for IT roles, which is a big thing in this area. Our office is just a regular house that we've set up for work. There are computers everywhere and plenty of charging cables. We spend most of our day on the phone or on the computer looking for candidates who might be a good fit for the jobs we have. Secunderabad has a lot of talent and we try to connect with as much of it as possible. It’s not always easy because the IT world moves so fast these days. Sometimes we have to learn about new technologies just so we can talk to the people we are trying to hire. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in India. We just want to do a good job for the folks who come to us. The lane can be a bit narrow for parking so most of us come by bike. It’s a friendly enough place to work. We have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the resumes we’ve seen.
