Irana Steels

We are located over at 3/2/167 on Chatrinaka, right along Gowlipura Road. If you’ve ever walked by, you’ve probably heard the sound of steel clanging or the heavy trucks dropping off a new load. Irana Steels isn't a place for someone who likes to keep their hands clean. We are surrounded by metal all day—long rods, flat sheets, and heavy beams. The yard gets quite hot when the sun is out, reflecting off all that steel, so we try to do the heaviest lifting in the cooler hours of the morning. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready setup here. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. People come to us when they need raw materials for building things or for some repair work around the neighborhood. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up after a busy week, and we have to spend a Saturday morning straightening everything out. The traffic on Gowlipura Road can be a real headache, especially when we are trying to load up a customer's vehicle. We just do our best to get people in and out without too much fuss. It’s just us and the iron. No big corporate meetings or fancy talk, just measuring, cutting, and moving heavy stuff from one side of the lot to the other. It’s been our daily routine for a long time now, and we quite like it that way. The rain makes everything slippery so we have to be careful.
