We are based in Ranga Reddy Nagar, which is part of the Bala Nagar area. It’s a busy industrial zone with lots of small factories side by side. Our place isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. The floor is always a bit messy with metal shavings and oil spills, no matter how much we sweep. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly stuff that requires a steady hand and some patience. Some of the machines we use are quite old, but they still run fine if you know how to handle them. We start our day early to beat the worst of the traffic coming into the area. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we get our morning fix. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have a big office or a place for people to sit and wait. Usually, if someone comes by, they just stand near the workbench and talk to us while we work. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or signs. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them out the door on time.
