Institute Of Clinical Research

We are the Institute Of Clinical Research, and our office is in Vishnu Habitat. It’s right on Raj Bhavan Road, tucked in right next to Yashoda Hospital. Being so close to a big hospital means there is always a lot of medical talk happening around here. We spend most of our time dealing with data and coordinating different studies. It's a lot of sitting at desks and looking at files, to be honest. The building itself is a bit older, but it serves us well enough. We don't have any fancy labs with bubbling tubes; it’s more about the paperwork and the people involved in the research. Raj Bhavan Road is always busy with cars and sirens, so it’s never really quiet outside. Inside, we just try to keep things organized. It’s a small group of us working here. We aren't trying to change the world overnight, just doing the slow work of clinical research day by day. Sometimes students or doctors from Yashoda pop over to discuss something. It’s a very practical environment. There’s always a stack of documents waiting to be filed or a phone call that needs to be made. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks. It’s not glamorous, but someone has to do it. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now and we just take things as they come each day.
