We are located at H No: 10-3-3/B/2 in Humayun Nagar, which is over in the Mehdipatnam area of Hyderabad. It’s a house that we’ve turned into a space for teaching and management studies. Because it’s a house, it has a bit of a different feel than a big university building. The rooms are a bit smaller, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood through the windows. We think it makes the learning environment feel a bit more relaxed and less intimidating for the students who come here. There’s usually a lot of discussion going on in the hallways, and the small kitchen area is always busy during breaks. We don't have a giant library or a cafeteria, just some good books and a place to sit and talk about business and administration. Mehdipatnam is a very busy part of the city, so getting here can be an adventure in itself depending on the time of day. Once you’re inside, though, things calm down a bit. We’ve been helping people figure out their career paths from this address for a while. It’s a simple setup—just some chairs, boards, and people who want to improve their skills. No big ceremonies or corporate branding, just a local spot where people come to learn how to manage things better. It works for us and for the students who visit us each day.
