Inspire To Azpire Foundation

We are tucked away in Miyapur at Plot No 14, specifically in Flat No 401 of the Cyber Valley building. It’s a decent climb up if you don’t use the lift, but the view of the neighborhood is okay from the fourth floor. We’ve been operating the Inspire To Azpire Foundation from this flat for a while now. It doesn't look like a typical office because it’s basically a converted apartment. We have our desks in what used to be the living room. It makes the whole work environment feel a lot more relaxed than a glass building in the city. Miyapur is a busy place, but Cyber Valley stays relatively quiet, which helps us focus on our work. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone comes to the door, whoever is closest just goes and opens it. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. Our work involves a lot of reading and planning, so you’ll usually find us hunkered down over some papers. We don't do big slogans or posters on the walls. It’s just a practical space where we can get together and work. Sometimes we forget to take the trash out on time, and the building manager gives us a look, but we get by. It’s just a small team doing our thing in a flat. It works for us and keeps our overhead low so we stay focused.
