Insmart systems

Our office is on HP Road in Moosapet, specifically at 5-234/1/1. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad. The traffic outside is always loud, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of computers humming and people talking. We’ve been here in Moosapet for some time. We handle different kinds of systems work, mostly technical stuff that requires a lot of sitting and thinking. It’s not a very big office, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. There’s a lot of wires and hardware scattered around the desks. We don't have a dress code, so most of us just show up in jeans and t-shirts. We usually order lunch from one of the local spots nearby. The building is standard, nothing fancy about it. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, but we try to balance it out. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. It’s a small, dedicated group of us trying to make things work. We just take it one day at a time and see what needs fixing. There are always new problems to solve, and that keeps the days interesting. We don't use a lot of big words or have long meetings. We just talk about what needs to happen and then we go ahead and do it.
